Please take the time to ensure the shipping address you provide is correct.
Furls is not liable to replace or refund any items “returned to sender” by a courier due to an incorrect shipping address.
Due to an insufficient or incorrect address, returned orders will also be liable for secondary shipping charges.
Furls will not cover return shipping on incorrectly-purchased products, nor will Furls cover exchange shipping charges. However, all incorrectly-purchased products can be returned for a refund within 90 days after the purchase date.
